We recently had Walk On Flooring install laminate in our living room and hallway, and the experience was flawless. From the very beginning, the staff were incredibly friendly and put my mind at ease, doing exactly what they promised every step of the way.
​They were remarkably punctual—delivered on time and arrived exactly when they said they would to fit the floor. The installers were professional, clean, and friendly, leaving no mess behind. I have been using this company for several years. I have had the whole house done in different floor coverings. Carpets, Vinyl, Laminate and LVT. I find them friendly accommodating and above all professional. I had them back in on Monday to lay some vinyl in my kitchen and hallway. Once again we are so pleased with the service. I had a very disappointing experience with this company that went on for over 3 months and caused a lot of stress and disruption in my home.

The vinyl flooring installation was extremely poor. The flooring had been cut with scissors, which is not the correct tool for cutting vinyl, leaving rough and uneven edges. They also attempted to join pieces of vinyl together, which should not be done. The flooring was pushed up against and resting on the skirting boards instead of being properly cut and finished, and the whole job looked rushed and unprofessional.

After I raised concerns, the company initially agreed to replace the flooring, but later backtracked and refused to replace certain rooms, despite the problems being throughout the installation. I had already paid in cash, which made the situation even more frustrating.

In the end, instead of fixing the work properly, they came back and removed the flooring, leaving my floors covered in sticky residue, and simply returned my money.

I also had an independent flooring fitter inspect the work, and I was told the installation was shocking and a complete mess.

What made the situation even more concerning is that I was told that if I left a negative review it would be removed.

I have photos of the installation and the condition it was left in.

After dealing with this situation for months, I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before using this company.

Had my hall, stairs landing done previously and with these chaps. Was so pleased with the service, quality of the carpet made me a return customer for my bedroom carpet. So pleased with what has been fitted today. Definitely go back again

Back again 😊 After the amazing work they did with my hall stairs and landing had my living room done today. They have again smashed it so professional always clean tidy and polite excellent carpet and excellent price. I am extremely happy. I had my last carpet not long ago from Abdullah and sons worst carpet ever. was expensive, fitting was awful, paid for grippers which when we removed the carpet ready for walk in flooring to come today no grippers. But they guys sorted this out. Nothing is too much trouble with them. Now to save to have my bedrooms done so will be coming back 😊

Absolutely excellent company to deal with - friendly and knowledgeable staff who go over and above to ensure you get exactly the right carpet for your needs. Exceptionally high standards of customer service and fitting. I live within walking distance of carpet right but chose to use walk on flooring following a recommendation. The carpet fitting was excellent, but I was assuming that they would take the old carpet and the new carpet leftovers with them but they didn't they said I would have to pay them I I wanted them taken away, also they took the door off its hinges to fit the carpet I had to plane the bottom of the door to try and hang and fit it, but the fitting itself was excellent,They also took a chunk of plasterboard out about 3ins above the skirting board, didn't even tell me about it, reported it to WALK ON FLOORING but haven't replied yet
